Emily and Matt Wedding Day | Bridal Portraits & Reception | April 29, 2017
This is the second half of Emily and Matt's Wedding Day... If you missed the first blog and want to check it out click ----->HERE
Luckily, the high chance of rain completely missed Pittsburgh and turned to a perfect sunny day!! Yay!
We left Bethel Presbyterian Church we drove to Carnegie Mellon University down town to take bridal portraits with the beautiful columns!
You've gotta' get a fun "guys" and "girls" photo! (:
I love this shot of her!
EMILY- You looked STUNNING
How did you two meet?
Matt and I had both been hurt before, like most stories begin. A mutual friend of ours (we had no yet met) kept telling me about this guy that she thought I would be great for (and vice versa). One day I got a voicemail that she and her husband were going to go enjoy a day on the boat downtown with Matt and invited me to join, no pressure. I took a risk and joined them that day. I haven't been the same since! ;)
If you could pick a theme for your relationship what would it be?
Completely off the wall yet totally boring. We mesh on every level, but we aren't afraid to be ourselves with each other.
What are three things you each could not live without (besides each other)
Our 3 dogs. Without a doubt. Our families. And the gym. Hahahah
<3
I could have literally stayed there all day and taken photos of Emily and Matt but it was time to head to Broughton Fire Hall for the reception!
Everything looked perfect and then it was time to announce the new Mr and Mrs!
Little side note... I had NO idea what I was about to witness LOL
Right before announcements Matt told me that he and Emily were going to come into the room from different doors to make a funny entrance....
I was all ready and then, boom...
....Out comes Emily on a stuffed, rideable, TIGER!
Chris, my second photographer, got this hilarious shot that I think is sooo funny!! hahaha!
The way Matt is smiling at Emily and Emily is waving like a princess on her noble steed makes this a priceless photograph!
This is going to be a great conversation with their grandchildren one day!
<3
Describe each other using 3 words
Patient, loving, passionate. It's true love :)

Emily and Matt's wedding was such a celebration! Everyone looked like they had a blast!
One of the perks of being friends with the firemen is they let you take a killer night shot with all of the firetrucks as the lights!
