It was an amazing and emotional experience to capture baby Mateo. Ashley and Keaton had wanted this for so long- when they found out they were expecting a little one it turned into a huge celebration!

Capturing the beautiful maternity session of Ashley was such a celebration of the love, hope, and anticipation surrounding the arrival of their baby boy. I was so excited for them! (if you missed that blog and want to see more click HERE)

Mateo arrived ahead of schedule and had to spend his first days in the NICU where he fought his way through and overcame every obstacle thrown his way!  It was so touching to hear about how strong and resilient both Momma and Mateo were! And we were thrilled to capture the joyous moments when he finally came home.

This emotional lifestyle newborn sessions captured the beautiful family bonding moments between new parents and their precious new addition, Mateo. As an added bonus, His little angry faces I captured were making us all laugh (I included some below in his adorable deer outfit!)

It was a privilege to be able to photograph this family journey and the joyous moments that followed. I wish Ashley, Keaton, Kaylee and Mateo all the love and happiness for their future together! (:
